LE SOUFFLE CHAUD AU CHOCOLAT

for 4 persons

120 grams of chocolate Valrona, if Nestlé Dessert, 4 egg yolks, 6 egg whites, 50 grams of sugar; Butter.

Preparation time: 30 minutes.

Cooking time: 14 minutes.

Melt chocolate in double boiler. Beat the egg whites with sugar (stiff). Pour the yolks into the melted chocolate. Whisk, then add the egg whites gently with a spatula. Fill the soufflé mold previously buttered and sweetened. Place in oven and cook for 14 minutes at 200 °. Dust with icing sugar and serve.
