• Menus served until 13.30 and 20.45 in the restaurant
• Menus served until 13.30 and 21.00 in the brasserie
• Last orders taken at 13.45 and 21.30. Bar closes at midnight

• Unique menu for all participants
• Price of menus (incl. VAT) is guaranteed if meals are taken before 13.30 at lunch time/21.15 at dinnertime (after which a 20% surcharge is applicable to menu prices)
• Prices include 19.6% VAT (for all alcoholic drinks) and 5.5% VAT (for foods and cafeteria products).
• Number of meals must be confirmed 48 working hours at least before meal date; this figure will be used for invoicing purposes. After this date, meals ordered, but not eaten will be fully invoiced.

Cancellation policy:

• Less than 24 hours: 100% charge
• Less than 48 hours: 50% charge
